Funeral services for Joyce Young Jewell, age 76, of Caldwell County, will be held Monday afternoon at one at Morgan’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sugar Creek Cemetery.
Visitation was held Sunday evening at the funeral home.
Joyce was a member of Union Grove General Baptist Church and retired as a home health aide.
She is survived by her husband: Bill Jewell of Caldwell County; three sons: James L. Waldrum and wife, Faye, of Princeton, David R. Waldrum and wife, Mary, of Princeton, and Ronnie W. Waldrum and wife, Karen, of Princeton; one step son: Billy M. Jewell and wife, Susan, of Princeton; three sisters: Loretta L. Young Waldrum and husband, Jesse, of Princeton, Judith K. Young Anglin of Eddyville, and Sandra S. Young Seijo and husband, Ray, of Florida; two brothers: Jerry W. Young and wife, Shelby, of Princeton and Stephen I. Young and wife, Kay, of Princeton; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
