Pennyrile District Health Department Reports Nine New COVID-19 Cases in District


The Pennyrile District Health Department announced nine new coronavirus cases throughout the five county district Tuesday.
According to the health department Caldwell County reported the highest number of cases Tuesday with four, all of which were reported earlier by the News Edge. Case information can be found here.
Trigg County confirmed two new cases, case information of which can be found here.
The health department announced one new case each in Crittenden, Livingston, and Lyon County. Crittenden County’s case, that of a 77-year-old female who is isolated at home, is the county’s 123rd case. The new case in Livingston County, that of a 31-year-old female who is isolated at home, brings the county’s total case number to 80. Lyon County’s new case, a 65-year-old female who is isolated at home, is the county’s 70th case.
