Early Voting Schedule for Caldwell County Residents Through Election Day

Caldwell County election officials are reminding residents there are still plenty of opportunities to take advantage of early voting to help avoid lines on Election Day, November 3rd.
Caldwell County Clerk Toni Watson says early voting is available in the basement of the Caldwell County Courthouse every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30AM until 4PM, and Thursdays from 8:30AM until 6PM through Monday, November 2nd. She adds early voting will also be available Saturday, October 24th from noon until 4PM and Saturday, October 31st from 8:30AM until 4PM for those who may not be able to make it to the courthouse during the week.
Clerk Watson is asking all who wish to vote at the courthouse to enter through the north entrance, which is handicap accessible, and have their driver’s license ready to present to poll workers. Masks should also be worn at all times while in the courthouse.
Residents who live in the Fredonia, Donaldson, and Bucksnort precincts will be able to vote at their usual polling places from 6AM until 6PM Election Day. All other precincts can vote at the courthouse in the basement and on the main floor on Election Day from 6AM until 6PM. Those who decide to vote at the courthouse on Election Day are being asked to enter through the north and south doors and exit through the east and west doors.
