Motorists in Princeton are being reminded of a current lane restriction that is now expected to be in place through next week.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 2 spokeswoman Keirsten Jaggers says due to heavy rainfall on Monday the lane restriction along Market Street will now extend through Friday, October 30th. She adds the lane restriction is for necessary maintenance and installation of a storm sewer along the left lane of Market Street between Donnivan and Plum streets.
Jaggers notes the sidewalk is also currently closed to pedestrian traffic in this area and is encouraging drivers to use caution while traveling through this work zone.
