Brown’s one-call comes after Interim Superintendent Heath Cartwright announced Wednesday evening that beginning Monday students will be returning to NTI. His announcement was in response to Governor Andy Beshear issuing several restrictions, including that all public and private schools in Kentucky cease in-person instruction to help stop the spread of the coronavirus after weeks of cases spiking across the entire state.
