A Princeton man was arrested for his second DUI offense after a traffic stop in Caldwell County Monday night.
Caldwell County Chief Deputy Chris Noel reports Deputy Kenneth Vincent was on routine patrol when he observed a vehicle leaving the Circle K gas station without using a turn signal when entering traffic. He also could see the driver, 32-year old Garrick Koinva, was not wearing a seat belt.
After an investigation, Koinva was taken into custody and booked into the Caldwell County Jail charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol second offense and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
