More Than 2,800 COVID-19 Cases Confirmed In Kentucky Sunday


Kentucky confirmed 2,860 new COVID-19 cases Sunday afternoon.
According to numbers released by the state, the positivity rate increased about .3-percent from Saturday to 11.1-percent. There were also 25 deaths announced Sunday, raising the death toll to 2,723.
There are currently 1,677 Kentuckians hospitalized with the virus, 421 are in the ICU, and 196 are on the ventilator.
