Kentucky Records More Than 3,000 Fewer COVID-19 Cases In A Week

Kentucky recorded more than 3,700 fewer COVID-19 cases this week compared to last week.

According to Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear Kentucky recorded 2,362 new cases Sunday and reported 34 new COVID-19 deaths. The state positivity rate inched down to 11.49 percent, with 1,602 people in the hospital, 410 in the intensive care unit, and 212 on a ventilator. The Governor reported the state death toll for COVID-19 related cases is 3,127.
Beshear also noted a total of 23,050 cases during the past week, more than 3,700 fewer than the previous week.
