A new butcher shop in Princeton could be open in a couple of months as construction continues on the building located on U.S. 62 West.
Partners, Ricky Barrow and Troy Harris, of Poppy’s Meat Shop in Ledbetter announced last year they are expanding into Princeton and opening a new butcher shop, B&H Butcher Block. Barrow says they are finishing up some of the minor details and hope to be open in March.

click to download audioAccording to Barrow, they expect to hire at least five employees. He says when the butcher shop opens for business in mid-March the hours of operation will be 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
B&H Butcher Block is located at 479 U.S. 62 West in Princeton.
