Authorities say a fugitive out of Illinois and Graves County was arrested for drug trafficking after an investigation at a motel in Kuttawa Sunday.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports 28-year old O’Shay Drakkar Everett of Paducah was found at the motel with a female from Hopkinsville.
Everett was taken into custody and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center charged with his second offense for trafficking marijuana, possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia.
According to the sheriff’s office, Everett was a fugitive from justice out of Massac County, Illinois and Graves County.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Kentucky State Police and the Eddyville Police Department.
