The Boil Water Advisory has been lifted for the Fredonia area.
Mayor Jim Seibert tells the News Edge the advisory was lifted Saturday morning.
The boil water advisory was issued Thursday night after Mayor Jim Seibert said they had found a water leak that afternoon on US 641 South near the Texas Gas pipes after searching for the problem for several hours. Water had to be cut off to customers on the Fredonia water system until repairs were completed Thursday night.
