Kentucky Testing Positivity Rate Barely Above Five-Percent

Governor Andy Beshear said Sunday the commonwealth experienced the seventh straight week of declining COVID-19 cases.
In his daily update, the governor confirmed 675 new cases and 12 additional deaths, with a testing positivity rate of 5.02-percent.
In some good news, Beshear said the state was on track for setting a record on how many COVID-19 vaccines were handed out this week.

Beshear asked everyone to remain patient, as vaccines will be available to every state resident who wants one.
