Officials with Caldwell Medical Center announced Monday the hospital is now taking appointments for Phase 1C for those 60-years old and older with CDC highest risk for COVID-19 risk conditions.
Pursuant to the CDC, adults of any age with an increased risk of severe illness from the virus that causes COVID-19 can make an appointment. Some of those conditions include cancer, chronic kidney disease, COPD, heart conditions, obesity, pregnancy, sickle cell disease, and Type 2 diabetes.
Appointments for COVID-19 vaccines can be made by calling 270-365-0428. Officials say walk-in appointments will not be accepted.
