An Eddyville man was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for multiple charges, including wanton endangerment and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports shortly after 10:45 Wednesday morning Deputies Sam Adams and Randy Clark served a Lyon County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant to 58-year old Kevin R. Mosier at a residence on KY 730 East. Sheriff White says Mosier was previously released from custody following his initial arrest on January 1 for court-authorized drug treatment. He says Mosier was subsequently discharged from the treatment facility for assaultive and disruptive behavior.
Mosier was taken into custody on the warrant charging him with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest, and drug-related offenses. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
