Local authorities are asking businesses in Princeton and Caldwell County to provide updated information to the 911 Dispatch Center.
Pennyrile Emergency Assistance Center Director Chris Noel says the 911 Dispatch Center needs the information for emergency contacts and key holders, as well as, phone numbers.
According to Noel, the open request is for all businesses to send a fax, mail, or email to their office with the following information: Business name, business phone number, owner/manager and their phone numbers; home and cell if available and key holders with their phone numbers respectively. He says if you have any specific requests, you can add that as well, and Dispatch will make those notes in the database.
Director Noel says this updated information is very important in case of emergencies such as open doors, alarm calls, fires, etc. that may occur after business hours. He adds they want to be able to contact the correct person or persons should a response be necessary. Also, he says if your business has a change in key holders, you should call the Pennyrile Emergency Assistance Center as soon as possible so information can be changed in the file.
Noel says businesses should send a single sheet of paper (Form below and available from PEAC upon request) with the above-requested information to one of the following:
PEAC Dispatch, P.O. Box 408, Princeton, Kentucky 42445
Fax: (270) 365-4666
