The Pennyrile District Health Department announced the total number of daily positive coronavirus cases was in the single digits Wednesday with five new cases of the virus confirmed around its five-county district.
According to the report, a 71-year old female recovering at home was the only new confirmed case in Lyon County, while three new cases were confirmed in Trigg County and one in Livingston County.
The health department reported there were no new cases confirmed in Caldwell and Crittenden counties.
