Caldwell Grand Jury Returns 22 Felony Indictments

The Caldwell County Grand Jury returned 22 felony indictments including for sexual abuse, wanton endangerment, and burglary.
The individuals indicted are as follows:

  • Jason Lee Dearing – Sexual Abuse – 1st Degree
  • Joshua Aaron Mosley – Theft By Unlawful Taking $500 or More; Theft By Unlawful Taking Under $500
  • Darnetta V. Foster – Burglary 2nd Degree; Violation of KY EPO/DVO
  • Timothy J. Daniel – Theft by Unlawful Taking of a Controlled Substance Under $10,000
  • David Maurice Watkins – Assault – 4th Degree, 3rd or More within 5 Years; Persistent Felony Offender – 1st Degree
  • Michael B. Riley – Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License; Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Degree – Methamphetamine; Promoting Contraband – 1st Degree
  • Lanna G. Hale – Theft by Unlawful Taking $500 or More – Auto; Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Degree – Methamphetamine
  • Andrew N. Carrera – All-Terrain Vehicles Violations; Fleeing or Evading Police – 1st Degree; Wanton Endangerment – 1st Degree
