A Princeton man was charged after he assaulted a woman and held her against her will in Lyon County Saturday night.
Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies say 50-year-old Patrick Sheridan assaulted a woman on a boat and would not allow her to leave.
Sheridan reportedly threatened to kill her and her grandchildren and took the woman’s phone before fleeing the area.
He was later located and charged with DUI, fourth-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening, and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
