Woman Facing DUI And Drug Charges After Caldwell County Collision

A Greenville woman is facing DUI, marijuana and other offenses after a collision in Caldwell County Wednesday afternoon.
Caldwell County Chief Deputy Chris Noel says deputies responded to a complaint around 2:00 p.m. of a female driving a vehicle involved in a collision on Farmersville Road.
After deputies located the vehicle and conducted an investigation, 44-year old Belinda Sivells was taken into custody.
Sivells was booked into the Caldwell County Jail charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and driving on a DUI suspended license first offense.
