A Princeton woman was charged with theft after police say she changed the prices on items at the store in which she managed and then purchased them herself.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Adams charged 49-year-old Paula Atwood Thursday following an investigation at the Dollar General Store on Kentucky 293 south of Eddyville. Adams said that as store manager, Atwood changed the prices on items she purchased.
The case remains under investigation, and it’s not known if there are more suspects.
