The ribbon was cut on Porter Road Butcher Meats’ new 28,000-square-foot facility on Masonic Drive Thursday. The event drew local, regional, and state dignitaries including Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman. The new facility — the company’s second in Princeton — will officially open Monday. Here is a gallery of photos from Thursday’s event.
