A Grand Rivers man was charged after a report of an assault at the Green Turtle Bay Resort in Grand Rivers Thursday night.
Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies say 65-year-old John Collins was stopped after a report of him assaulting a bartender in Grand Rivers.
Deputies located his vehicle on US 62 in Lyon County and after conducting a traffic stop, he was charged with DUI second offense, careless driving, and driving on a DUI suspended license.
The alleged assault is being investigated by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office no other information has been released.
