The Caldwell County Clerk’s Office continues to experience a few problems with a new portal installed by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet over the holiday weekend, but local clerks were able to conduct some business as of Tuesday morning.
County Clerk Toni Watson tells the News Edge that most of their applications are working, but they do have a backlog of work to do.
