Caldwell County is reporting over 4,900 residents have received a COVID-19 vaccination.
Caldwell County officials report a total of 4,933 people have been vaccinated. They indicate over 48% of the county’s residents who are 18 or older have received a jab, with over 68% of people 65 or older receiving the vaccination.
Since Tuesday, the Pennyrile District Health Department has reported three new coronavirus cases in Caldwell County. Those cases are recovering at home and involve two females and one male ranging in age from 18 to 84.
Nine new cases were confirmed in Crittenden County since Tuesday, along with seven cases in Livingston County, six cases in Lyon County, and four in Trigg County.
