Paving Project Progresses in Princeton

From Kota Young | Facebook

According to Princeton Mayor Kota Young and as of Friday afternoon, repaving work has reached Casey’s Corner at the intersection of West Main Street and Marion Road, with the downtown portion completed.
Young noted parking restrictions in the downtown area have been lifted, and that state crews will return to replace crosswalks once the full scope of the project is complete.
The next phase of the project, Young added, will see all of Highway 62 West from the railroad crossing to the old Hancock’s Grocery milled and repaved. Most of the work will take place during the day when the project resumes next week
