Pennyrile District Health Reports 86 Total Active COVID-19 Cases

The Pennyrile District Health Department reported 86 total active coronavirus cases, including eight hospitalizations, around its five-county district as of Friday morning.
According to the health department’s weekly COVID-19 summary, Livingston County reported the highest number of active cases — a total of 36. Of those cases, 32 are recovering at home and four are hospitalized.
Crittenden County reported 22 active COVID cases including two hospitalizations — the second-highest number of active cases and hospitalizations in the district — while Trigg County reported eleven total cases and no hospitalizations.
The summary also showed nine cases including one hospitalization in Caldwell County and eight cases including one hospitalization in Lyon County.
