The number of coronavirus cases is continuing to climb across the state as well as around the area, including in Caldwell County.
The Pennyrile District Health Department reported four new active COVID-19 cases in Caldwell County as of 4:00 Thursday afternoon. Those cases are recovering at home and involve three males and one female ranging in age from 51 to 61.
According to the health department’s COVID-19 summary as of 9:00 Thursday morning, there were fourteen active cases in Caldwell County including two cases hospitalized.
