The Pennyrile District Health Department announced two COVID-19 related deaths had been confirmed around its five-county district Tuesday along with eight new cases of the virus in Caldwell County.
According to the health department’s report Tuesday afternoon, the deaths involved a 93-year old female in Lyon County and an 82-year old male in Trigg County.
The eight new coronavirus cases confirmed in Caldwell County include seven females and one male, ranging in age from 3 to 80-years old.
Elsewhere in the health department’s five-county district, five new COVID cases were confirmed in Crittenden County along with four cases in Lyon County, two in Livingston County, and one case in Trigg County.
