Caldwell County Reports 25 New Positive COVID Cases

The Pennyrile District Health Department announced 25 new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Caldwell County on Wednesday and Thursday.
According to the health department, nine positive cases were reported Wednesday. All of the cases are recovering at home and involve eight females and one male ranging in age from 17 to 74.
On Thursday, sixteen new cases were reported in Caldwell County involving twelve females and four males from 5 to 56 years old. All the cases are isolated at home.
Seven of the latest positive cases in the county are 18 and younger.
Elsewhere around the health department’s five-county district, 21 cases were reported in Crittenden County during the same time period along with seven in Lyon County, one case in Livingston County, and twenty cases in Trigg County including two hospitalizations.
