A Marion woman was arrested and charged with assault and wanton endangerment after a report of a disturbance in Kuttawa Monday night.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Deputy Joe Witherspoon says they were called for a disturbance at a Kuttawa business involving an armed person.
While in route to the disturbance, deputies reportedly located 40-year-old Bianca Hutchings on Kentucky 373 near US 62 and stopped her vehicle.
Deputies say evidence from the incident was found in her vehicle. She is charged with fourth-degree assault and wanton endangerment.
