Funeral services for 77-year old Shellie Lawrence McGowan, of Fredonia, will be Friday afternoon, August 27, at 1:00 at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.
Burial to follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton.
Visitation will be held Thursday afternoon, August 26, from 4:00 until 8:00.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Pauletta Radford McGowan of Fredonia; one daughter, Vonda Rodgers of Princeton; three sons, Shellie Jr., McGowan of Fredonia, Anthony McGowan (Tonya) of Princeton and DeRyan McGowan (Rashya) of Glasgow, KY; one sister, Brenda McGowan of Fredonia; one brother, Curtis McGowan of Kuttawa; eleven grandchildren, BreAna Rodgers, Aaliyah Rodgers, Najia Rodgers, Dre Angelo (Samantha), Christopher McGowan, Noah McGowan, Isaiah McGowan, Brooke Melton, Aidan McGowan, Martez McGowan, Kaleah McGowan and four great-grandchildren, Aaniya Griffin, Khaius Rodgers, Chloe Angelo and Carson Angelo.
