A Kuttawa man was charged with theft after an investigation into a stolen boat in Lyon County Saturday morning.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Adams says the 26 foot teal colored pontoon boat was stolen from Buzzard Rock Marina.
39-year-old William McQuigg, Jr. was reportedly located with the boat at Kuttawa Harbor Marina and he was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
The boat has a total value of $18,000.
