Motorists who travel in Webster County need to be aware a portion of KY 138 will be closed Tuesday to allow a cross drain to be replaced.
District 2 spokeswoman Keirsten Jaggers with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the closure on KY 138 is in Slaughters between State Route 1405 and Coffman Street.
There will be no marked detour, according to Jaggers, who says motorists will need to seek alternate routes while the cross drain replacement work is being conducted between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. She indicates the work is scheduled to be completed by the end of the day Tuesday.
