It was a great turnout in the community of Fredonia Sunday afternoon as children and their families gathered for the inaugural Halloween Party in the Park.
Angie Prowell says two of Fredonia’s churches organized the event.
She says there were several free activities for the kids.
In addition, Brother Presley Lamm said they had several giveaways and lots of free food and fun.
Fredonia Mayor Jim Seibert said he was happy with the turnout for the inaugural event.
The Party in the Park was held Sunday afternoon from 4:00 until 6:00 at the Buddy Rogers Park.
