An Eddyville woman was killed in a single-vehicle wreck on Kentucky 730 in Lyon County Thursday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say 53-year-old Amy Phelps was westbound when for an unknown reason her vehicle left the roadway struck a culvert then an embankment causing it to overturn.
She was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected. She was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lyon County Coroner’s Office.
The crash happened at the intersection of Dianne Drive just after 1 pm.
