Mayor Kota Young has made several appointments to city boards and commissions following approval by the Princeton City Council last week.
Jonathon Chewning and Chad Childress were both appointed to the Princeton/Caldwell County City-County Park Board. Their terms will expire on January 1, 2025.
Gale Cherry was re-appointed to a term on both the Princeton Planning Commission and Princeton Board of Adjustments. Both terms will expire on October 21, 2025.
Carol Woodall was also appointed to the planning commission for a four-year term to expire in 2025.
Kayla Thomas was re-appointed to the Princeton Board of Adjustments for a four-year term to expire on October 1, 2025, and Ryals Farless was appointed to the Princeton Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of Audie Bell. Farless’ term will expire on October 1, 2024.
