A memorial service for 79-year old William James “Bill” Bird, Jr., of Kuttawa, will be held at a later date.
Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Barcas Bird, Kuttawa, KY; three daughters, Cheryl Esparza, Bolingbrook, IL; Nina (Authur) Mendez, Racine, WI; and Christy (Rajat) Malhotra, Skokie, IL; four grandchildren, Mitchell Esparza, Carly Esparza, Nina Malhotra and Priana Malhotra and three nieces.
