Adsmore Museum Reopens With New Gift Shop

After being closed for nearly 20 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Adsmore Museum in Princeton has reopened for visitors and is showing off some of the changes undertaken during the downtime.
Wayne Yates is the administrator for the Greek Revival-style residence on North Jefferson Street that is the only living home museum in Kentucky. He said Adsmore reopened to the public last month.

Yates said last month Adsmore celebrated 35 years as a museum.

Yates is hopeful that school groups and classes in western Kentucky will make the trip to Princeton and see what the ‘big yellow house’ has to offer in educational terms.
