Those who lost so much in the recent tornadoes, may not know the next steps to take when it comes to their mental health.
Jim Rogers, with the American Red Cross, told the News Edge they have been identifying areas of the greatest need since the storm left the region.
Rogers added several hundred Red Cross representatives are in the region, with trained counselors ready to assist in whatever ways are needed.
If you need help and can not find an American Red Cross worker, a shelter is set up at Pennyrile State Resort Park at 20781 Pennyrile Forest State Park Road, south of Dawson Springs.
