Lyon County Road Conditions Update As Of 8:30 AM

Lyon County Sheriff Brent White tells the News Edge Thursday morning that roads are now snow-covered, slick and hazardous.
At 8:30, Sheriff White says deputies are working a non-injury collision on KY 93 South between Eddy Creek Marina and Friendship Road.
Sheriff White also says drivers should not use their cruise control during wet or wintry conditions and let off the accelerator on bridges and overpasses. He adds motorists should allow themselves extra time to get to their destination.
