There are no services scheduled at this time for 67-year old Carol Elizabeth Kelly, of Lakeville, Illinois, formerly of Miami, Florida.

She is survived by her husband, Sean Kelly of Lantana, Florida and two brothers, Paul Tuggle of Tampa, Florida and Earl Tuggle of Tennessee.
