Graveside services for 41-year old Rachel Lynn Clark, of Kuttawa, will be Thursday afternoon, January 27, at 2:30, Mt. Zion Cemetery in Lyon County.
Visitation will be private.
Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, April and Ronnie Wells, Jr., Kuttawa, KY; her father and stepmother, James and Angie Clark, Madisonville, KY; one son, Braxton Lee Galbraith, Kuttawa, KY; one sister, Kayla Clark, Cadiz, KY; step-grandparents, Ronnie Wells, Sr. and wife, Pearl, Eddyville, KY; one stepbrother, two stepsisters, several aunts, uncles and cousins and one great uncle.
