Michael Gray/Webster County Jail

Police say a second search warrant executed at a home located at 132 Highway US 41A North in Dixon last week netted the arrest of three people as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activity.
According to Providence Police, Officer Eric Elder received information that the occupants of a home in Dixon who were arrested in November for possessing meth were not only continuing their illegal drug activity but were also harboring a fugitive from Providence, 40-year old Michael Gray. On Thursday night around 9:00, Officer Elder and Officer Jay Riley Edwards, Providence Police Chief Todd Jones, and deputies with the Webster County Sheriff’s Office executed a second search warrant at the residence and discovered Gray hiding in a pile of debris in the basement. Police also said they discovered drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, pills and marijuana inside the home.
