
A traffic stop in Caldwell County Wednesday night led to the arrest of a Marion woman on multiple drug-related charges including trafficking meth.
According to Caldwell County Chief Deputy Sheriff Chris Noel, Deputy Evan Head stopped a vehicle with one headlight on KY 91 North shortly after 11:30 p.m. An investigation led to the arrest of the driver, 39-year old Keshia Morphew who was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), illegal possession of a legend drug, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (Amphetamine), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and no tail lamps.
Morphew was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
