A Grand Rivers man arrested Sunday in connection to a theft at Green Turtle Bay was taken into custody again Tuesday for a burglary at a gift shop.
According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, 53-year old Thomas M. Woodruff was taken into custody Sunday afternoon for his involvement in the theft of a utility trailer from an individual in Green Turtle Bay. He was reportedly released from jail on bond and then arrested again Tuesday for committing a burglary at the Browesabout Gift Shop in Lake City on Saturday.
Woodruff was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
The sheriff’s office indicates there are several other charges pending for Woodruff for unrelated investigations.
