Princeton Man Charged With Meth Possession


A Princeton man was arrested on multiple charges Friday including meth possession.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reports officers conducted a traffic stop on East Legion Drive around 8:40 that morning for a driver that had a known suspended driver’s license.
According to Allision, 22-year old Hunter L. Hallum was taken into custody after a records check indicated that his license was suspended for a DUI. Hallum was reportedly also found in possession of methamphetamine while being booked into the Caldwell County Jail.
Hallum was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license 1st Offense, no insurance 2nd offense, expired registration plates, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine 2nd offense, and ignition interlock device violation.
