Princeton Woman Taken To Hospital After Saturday Wreck

A Princeton woman was taken to the hospital after a wreck at the intersection of North McNary and West Main Street over the weekend.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison reports officers responded to a two-vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection shortly after 4:15 Saturday afternoon. He says the investigation revealed that 18-year old Drake Hagan of Marion was traveling south on North McNary when he failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of West Main Street and the SUV he was driving collided with the front driver’s side of a car driven by 19-year old Eliza A. Milstead.  After colliding with the car, the SUV then reportedly hit a fire hydrant and damaged property in the front yard of 719 West Main Street.
Police indicate Milstead was transported by private vehicle to Caldwell County Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.
Officers were assisted on the scene by Caldwell County EMS and Princeton Fire Department.
