Retiring Jailer Proud Of Programs Implemented During His Tenure


Caldwell County’s jailer is retiring Friday after serving two decades with the county.
Jon Pettit, who is serving his third term as the jailer, said his career with the county began in 2003 as a deputy sheriff.
