A Princeton man was arrested after he allegedly choked a woman last week.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison says 31-year old Michael Harris was taken into custody shortly after 4:30 Tuesday afternoon and charged with fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.
According to Allison, the charges stem from a complaint investigated by officers on October 28th when the female victim came to the Princeton Police Department and filed a report that she had been assaulted and choked by Harris.
Harris was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
