Some Lyon County Water District customers are under a boil water advisory.
Officials with the water district announced Thursday morning a boil water advisory had been issued from Coleman Bridge on KY 730 to include from 35 to 462 Saratoga Heights and from 344 to 543 Lakeview Trail in Eddyville.
Water district officials said on social media Wednesday night that crews were working on repairing a line in the area of KY 730 East to Saratoga Heights and included Lakeview Drive in Eddyville. At that time, customers were advised they could experience low pressure or no water while they were repairing the line.
The boil water advisory is in effect until Sunday, January 8.
Customers under the advisory should boil water for one minute before consumption.
